- Act as a strategic partner to senior management and line managers in delivering key HR objectives, focusing on staff development, retention and staff effectiveness - Enhance employee branding, develop and create learning opportunities and programs for new joiners and young engineers of the company - Lead and manage HR continuous improvement projects, benchmarking industry best practices, reward talents timely with structured compensation and benefits programme - Create a “People-Oriented” experience across the employee life cycle

- Responsible for HR various projects, including HRIS reengineering, transition from Yonyou to IPL, Year-end salary review process, medical insurances renewal, payroll process and retirement arrangements - Communicate with the company’s Mainland, UK and Malaysia offices, manage expatriate packages, visa applications, renewals and ensure internal processes alignment - Organize campus recruitment, create a “people-oriented” image to young candidates, offer them a platform to develop - Responsible for staff inquiries, employees on-boarding and off-boarding procedures - Analyze data including turnover rates, manpower summary, exit interview data and makes recommendations to management to tackle business challenges - Review HR policies, procedures and workflow to ensure they are in compliance with regulations and the company direction - Lead Administration and Corporate Communications Teams, handling company external and media enquiries; writing news articles, creative social media posts in Linkedin to promote the branding of the company

- Being the change agent for the company during business consolidation within the Group’s Property and Construction businesses - Monitor full spectrum of HR services including talent acquisition, payroll administration, manpower cost control, performance management and learning - Deliver the change of HRIS system from SAP to PeopleSoft - Assist in HR policy alignment, review and implementation

- Partner with line managers to provide all round hands on HR services - Handle full cycle of the talent acquisition processes, from sourcing to selection, campus recruitment, on boarding arrangement to reporting staff training needs - Administer the company’s payroll, prepare HR reports and budgeting, conduct annual market benchmarking and salary review - Assist the Company to conduct staff performance review and provide 360 degrees coaching processes - Conduct staff seminars at construction sites to promote the company HR policies and launch different staff engagement activities
