Final-Year Internship: Characterization of the Behavior of a Membrane for the Repair of Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernias 💡 Main Activities: Developing experimental protocols to test and analyze the mechanical properties of the membrane. Designing Python programs for processing and analyzing experimental data. Creating an initial numerical model to simulate the behavior of the membrane under specific conditions.

The objective of the internship was to help the clinical evaluation of Axiles Bionics prosthesis: - writing a systematic review - working on the regulatory pathway of a medical devices in Europe and USA - helping the R&D team with clinical outcomes This enabled me to expand my knowledge of the clinical and regulatory aspects of medical devices. I also learned a research methodology and how to synthesize information.
