Scope and Coverage: 14 countries- Côte d'ivoire, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Benin, Togo, Ghana, Mauritania, Guinea Conakry, Cameroon, Chad, Equatorial Guinea, Congo Brazzaville, Madagascar and Mozambique Sourcing and Purchasing portfolio: +100 MEUR spend per year, + 80 purchasing categories and 14 countries covered Key Mission: Optimize and monitor Costs, Improve risk management associated with Sourcing and Purchasing activities, Contribute to the group CSR conmittments and lead the regional Sourcing and purchasing committe. Sourcing and purchasing activities Be the regional SPOC in terms of Sourcing and purchasing Oversee the Sourcing roadmap within the subsidiaries and drive performance. Key expected results: Savings, Supplier service level and internal stakeholders satisfaction Upgrade the subsidiaries Sourcing activities in accordance with the Group division and with reference to the Group maturity model Implement Sourcing strategies and participate in tendering process accross the subsidiaries Drive the deployment of the group Sourcing tools Enhance synergy within the subsidiaries by sharing best practices, benchmark, organising cross cutting meetings and workshop and innovative projects.

Nestlé CI has got two factories specialised in soluble coffee (Abidjan Factory) and culunary (Yopougon Factory) I am responsible for supplying Yopougon factory with all required raw & packaging material to produce MAGGI products (chicken, tablet, shrimp and square) generated by production plan coming from confirmed demands. daily, this means: - avoiding out of stock and over stock - taking part to weekly planning meeting to discuss and agree on production plan over 4 weeks to ensure supply feasability - analysing requirements generated by MRP and placing orders with suppliers from Africa, Asia, America and Europe - following up with import , MRP and Quality service any stage of the orders from production at supplier side to receipt in production at yopougon factory side - strenghening relationship with suppliers - managing suppliers complaints sent by quality service -assessing monthly supplier service level through assessment dashboard based on delivery time, quantity and quality - projects management follow up with R&D team in term of supply required material - ensuring on time payments
