Ce master 2 se concentre sur la Chimie du vivant en général et sur les processus bioorganiques, en abordant les problématiques liées au vivant. Il vise à acquérir la maîtrise des outils nécessaires à la conception, la synthèse et la caractérisation de nouvelles molécules organiques et bioactives notamment le Drug Discovery, Principe actif. Être capables de mener à bien des projets en chimie à l'interface avec la biologie.

Le Master 1 de Chimie a pour objectif d'acquérir une formation solide, adaptée et actualisée en chimie. Cette formation est axée sur la chimie click (chemical biology, chimie bioorthogonale), les biopolymères, la chimie supramoléculaire, ainsi que sur la détermination structurale moléculaire (RMN 1 & 2D, spectrométrie de masse haute résolution, infrarouge. Raman et DRX). Elle comprend également une étude approfondie de la catalyse enzymatique en biologie et des protéines recombinantes.
