• Lead GUL/NR network rollout project (TSS review, scripting, commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, service test and KPI monitoring). • OSS/BSC/RNC Design, planning, on-site delivery and integration, service migration, acceptance test, documentation and closure. • Analyze customer network and create in-depth reports to check tendencies, address performance and mitigate operation and maintenance pain points. • Provide specialized technical knowledge in new RAN features deployment. • RAN Modernization (upgrade/interfaces/equipment). • Key achievement: - Develop RAN Sharing Phase 2 solution proposal, network capacity analysis and risk identification and avoidance. - Successful deliver LTE Smart 8T8R Solution to boost LTE capacity (MBB user throughput DL 300% increase, DL PRB usage 25% decrease). - Accomplish Refarming Band2 for LTE to enhance network experience and CA 3CC implementation within customer strict timetable.

• Write and prepare technical procedures/study plan to increase technical knowledge of staff. • Keep updated record of daily works and changes in access network. • Coordinate, create, verify, handle, follow and crosscheck CR/WO/MOP for changes in network. • Assign staff, coordinate all activities and assure resources before any maintenance window. • Monitor closely RAN network performance before and after impact plan. • Provide technical assistance to NOC/CORE/RAD for troubleshooting and network improvement. • Analyze KPI and tracing signaling for troubleshooting. • Configure interfaces Iub, IuR, IuCS, IuPS, S1-u, S1-MME and X2. • Support to configure and analysis in RAN network for testing new features and/or nodes in Core Network, such as: eMLPP, vMSE, vEPC, etc. • Key achievement: - Loreto RNC: Dimensioning, configure, installation, integration, testing, troubleshooting, rehoming, analysis KPI and validation of RNC for province. - 4G B7 launch: Configure and integrate +200 sites; troubleshooting eNodeB FDD/TDD, analyze and coordinate with different departments to fulfill our goal within time frame.

• Generate scripts, integrate and commissioning ZTE’s ZXSDR BS8700 NodeB/eNodeB. • Configure ZTE ZXUR 9000 UMTS and ZXWR RNCs. • Execute different task in RAN network to improve performance: - Rehoming NodeB to RNC/NetNumen U31 and rehoming RNC to MSC/U31. - Upgrading software ZXSDR BBU UR13&UR14&UR15&UR16 to use new features. - NodeB/eNodeB capacity expansion (CE/Carriers/Sectors). - Optimization of NodeB (reduce Pilot pollution, change RET, cell power, etc.). - Analyze KPI such as CSSR CS/PS, CDR CS/PS, RTWP, etc. - Analyze Iub congestion, RNC CPU congestion, license capacity, etc. - Check logs and resolve alarms on RNC and NodeB/eNodeB. • Key achievement: - 4G network launch: Configuration, integration and troubleshooting eNodeBs to meet deadline. - RNC Implementation: Dimensioning, installation, commissioning, integration and troubleshooting.

• Configure and integrate base stations DBS3900 (2G, 3G and Single RAN GSM / UMTS). • Configure BSC6900 BSCs and RNCs, and generate scripts for BTS and NodeB commissioning. • Customer support on various technical consultations. • Execute various wireless professional services like: - Fast Dormancy implementation. - Site Swap 2G/3G to Huawei HW. - TX capacity expansion and migration from TDM to IP. - BTS/NodeB Rehoming. - Software upgrade and capacity expansion (CE/Carriers/Sectors). • Key achievements: - DC-HSPA: Prepare, implement a pilot and acceptance testing procedures with customer. - RNC Expansion: Responsible for the design, dimensioning and implementation. - High RTWP: Lead a team to solve this issue at nationwide scale.

• Configure CISCO routers and switches. • Monitor, identify, handle, diagnostic and scale network incidents. • Execute Level 1 troubleshooting in network.

• Gather technical information to prepare TSS form. • Commissioning equipment and ATP service test.
