JUAN PABLO CAICEDO SERRANO

I am an independent consultant in education, architecture, and leadership with more than 30 years of experience. I design projects that connect learning, space, and institutional development. My focus is on aligning educational goals with the design of environments and systems that support learning. From 2012 to 2025, I served as Headmaster of Colegio Jefferson in Yumbo, Colombia. I led a full academic and organizational transformation, secured international accreditations through Cognia (NCA CASI, NWAC, SACS CASI), and strengthened the school’s focus on well-being and global citizenship. As an architect trained at Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, I co-founded Ardila & Caicedo Arquitectos. I led design projects in education, housing, and industry, and taught Architectural Design at the University of San Buenaventura in Cali. I hold two master’s degrees in education from Universidad Icesi and Universidad de La Sabana. I have developed graduate-level courses in education policy, advised rural schools, and participated in Cognia’s international accreditation teams since 2018. I have also published on teacher knowledge and digital learning. I currently work with schools, universities, and institutions to create environments that support meaningful, responsible, and future-ready learning.
