I was the Business Analyst responsible for support and configuration for the FI-CA (financial) module of the SAP IS-U CCS system (Industry Solutions–Utilities, Customer Care System).

Test Manager on a major SAP implementation project that involved conversion of data from three legacy systems into an SAP IS-U CCS system.

Contract as a Senior Business Analyst working on the Child Support Reform Project, the Student Loan Redesign Project and also business as usual change requests for KiwiSaver.

I was one of the Senior Business Analysts responsible for writing the business requirements for the majority of the Bank of New Zealand’s systems.

I was Business Analyst on the Salesforce Software Team for three months after which time I was promoted to Senior Business Analyst.

After leaving NGC I set myself a goal of securing a business analyst role in the Banking industry. An opportunity arose for me to work as a casual employee in BNZ’s Upper Hutt branch for a short period before I went overseas on holiday. The result of my casual employment with the Bank led to my successful appointment to Business Analyst on the Salesforce Software Team.
