Entrusted to serve as the Talent Manager, G&A for Blockchain.com. Lead and mentor a global talent acquisition team of 6 direct reports to include Recruiters and coordinators.

Scaling teams, specifically Finance, Legal, Compliance and Institutional Business, in a hyper growth start up phase across London, San Francisco, Miami, New York, Argentina and more. Responsible for full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer recommendations, negotiations and delivery. Researched and implemented new recruitment strategies, including DE&I initiatives. Mentored and developed junior team members. I joined the Wix team in August 2020, I was based out of their new office in Denver. I was hired as one of the first recruiters and led the recruitment for two additional locations (Austin & Cedar Rapids). Think high volume recruiting for customer care, entry level to senior for three locations.

Full cycle recruiting for the Marketing and Operations department, entry level to SVP. Position was eliminated due to Covid.

Independently support the hiring needs for the Corporate office. Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-exempt, exempt, & MBO positions. Recruiting sponsor for all college recruiting initiatives & career fairs. Partner with program owners to ensure seamless recruiting process for trainee and intern program. Engage in a high level of customer service with both internal and external customers (hiring managers & candidates). Actively partners to support the immigration process.

Full-cycle recruitment duties, including Corporate non-exempt and entry-level exempt staffing, ensuring adherence and compliance with Federal, State and applicable employment laws and regulations in conjunction with Leprino’s corporate objectives.

Space Systems Company (SSC) Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsible for all day to day activities associated with the support of the Talent Acquisition SSC recruiters, including facilitating the candidates interview schedule, ensuring all required documents are obtained and complete, coordinate and communicating directly with the interviewer, schedule interviews, ensure all documentation from candidate is cleared before arrival. Interface with candidates to obtain appropriate documentation and ensure smooth hiring process; ensure compliance with state, federal and OFCCP requirements associated with the hiring process. Facilitate the offer letter process and on-boarding process; work with recruiters on successful closure of all requisitions; manage the entire background check process; work across various Talent Acquisition organizations to ensure the successful transition from interview to offer to hire. Effectively communicate and partner with all levels of management and present a positive Lockheed Martin image to the applicants.

My goal is to establish the best candidate experience possible while providing administrative and strategic support to multiple top of the line Recruiters! Daily duties include scheduling and coordinating onsite interviews, phone interviews, online assessments and candidate feedback sessions; prepare and deliver offer letters; coordinate first day logistics; work directly with new hires and internal transfers to complete all necessary paperwork and ensure all approval and requirements have been met.
