I also generated and executed test plans that aligned with Telcordia GR-468 standards. I furthermore coordinated cross-functional teams of 6-10 staff. One of my biggest accomplishments in this role is that I reduced anticipated costs 30% by leading the development of CW-DFB tunable lasers that were successfully launched into production. I furthermore achieved high accuracy and reduced operator intervention and testing times while developing automated test fixtures. In addition, I increased manufacturing yields 50%+ through process redesign and change management. I also earned a recognition award for my superb performance and contributions in this role.
