Trained in various measures used to assess preschool children and preschool classrooms. Helped train others in the Preschool Language Scale 5 (PLS-5). Conducted individual child evaluations in Spanish and English at preschools in Latino communities in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan in NYC.

Walk-in tutor for other NYU students and mainly help with Spanish, Italian, and Psychology courses. Led weekly workshops called Conversation Circles in Elementary and Intermediate Spanish to help students become more comfortable in Spanish conversations. Also led specific workshops for Statistics with around 100 students to help them prepare for the midterm and final of the course.

Taught children from ages 2-6, where once they entered the school, only English was spoken. Played games, sang, and danced with the children while speaking in English so they learn through immersion. Created lesson plans in English to teach them different subjects every day, such as language arts, natural science, math, and history.

Teach Language Arts, Spanish, Science, Math, and Social Studies to preschool, kindergarten, and elementary students at alternative education school that values and sustains children’s passion for learning and creativity in a non-competitive environment. - Use Positive Discipline method to inspire children to do their best and enjoy learning. - Conduct evaluations and write reports on students based on physical, cognitive, and social/affective development and discuss with families. - Assist director with administrative tasks, such as communication with parents and prospective families, organization of open houses and workshops, and leading meetings.
