Designed and implemented the annual fundraising plan for the public, private and international cooperation sectors and socialized it with the other departments of the organization. Maintained donor relationships by meeting and including them in the project(s) decision-making process. Secured new donors by designing grant proposals matching the interests of both parties. Analyzed and identified human rights and international humanitarian law violations for individuals who requested inscription in the Governments' National Registry of Victims. Successfully registered over 8,000 households affected by the Colombian armed conflict who started their process of reparation. Constantly reviewed the dynamics of the armed conflict: actors, war strategies and regional conflict characteristics to provide guidelines for the assessment team. Coordinated and maintained a constant dialogue with other key governmental agencies, human rights NGOs and key UN agencies.

Conducted research and analyzed benchmarking data in the industry of English teaching and preparations for the TOEFL/IELTS exams. Reported on market trends and produced strategic documents for investment decisions.

Created and facilitated information related to the trends of international cooperation in Colombia.
