As a Computer Engineer turned Software Engineer, I enjoy working in domains where the understanding of the hardware is beneficial to building great software. I strive to continue to learn new technologies in order keep a new perspective on my next solutions. My professional experience has allowed me to learn C++, Rust, and Python at a deeper level and feel natural in front of a Linux terminal. Joining Amazon Scout has given me the chance to tackle some of the most challenging problems of my career, getting to design and implement new systems from scratch for the purposes of improving an autonomous delivery robot. Recently I've embarked on a unique opportunity to join Project Kuiper's Satellite Flight Software team, where I get the opportunity to work on Propulsion firmware, GNC flight software, and learning what it takes to build space-ready critical software.
