As a PLTL Leader, I facilitated interactive, post-lecture sessions aimed at reinforcing core concepts from Computer Science 2 lectures. These sessions provided students with a collaborative space to practice and apply lecture material, allowing for hands-on problem-solving and peer-driven discussions. My role focused on guiding students through challenging content, answering questions, and ensuring a clear understanding of key topics. These sessions targeted high-impact courses with historically high failure rates, and over the years, our efforts have contributed to a notable increase in student success rates. This experience honed my skills in mentorship, communication, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
