Quality Control Inspector
Inspecting gas turbine engines and associated modules. Ensuring process compliance is being conducted via documentation verification and physical component inspections. Collaboration with multiple departments to ensure engines and module inspections are completed in a timely manner and without any discrepancies in accordance with technical manuals and work scope level requirements. Generate non-conformance reports for discrepancies that require further evaluation from the engineering team in order to comply with all standard requirements.

Gas Turbine Technician
Working on the disassembly and assembly of external and internal components of gas turbines to include GE LM2500, LM6000 and LMS100 in a level 4 depot. Utilizing GEK’s to perform removal, inspection, and installation of components on gas turbines. Assisted in the training of new technicians (contractors) to ensure procedures, schematics, and repair manuals were used in conjunction with hands on teaching.

Installation and programming technician
Installation and programming technician of monitored security systems, CCTV, and fire systems designed to protect customer’s homes and/or businesses. Conducted maintenance and repairs to existing systems to include motherboard replacements, diagnostics to isolate faulty equipment and deliver peace of mind to customers by ensuring their systems were running without issues.
Training and Development Supervisor
Lead a team of five trainers to support the departments within the internal operations of the distribution center. Maintained detailed tracking records of associate training to include new hire orientation, warehouse operating procedures by department and proper operation of powered industrial trucks in accordance with OSHA standards. Coordinated training with requesting departments to ensure proper up-to-date training was being taught to existing associates and for those who needed further training to keep their productivity numbers and goals within the company compliance. Facilitated new hire on-boarding ensuring all new associates understood the company’s policies and internal procedures pertaining to their roles within the distribution center.

Leading Petty Officer for the hydraulic shop
Testing of hydraulic valves, electro-hydraulic actuators, and safety relief valves used in critical operational systems of submarines. Member of the Engineering Training Team ensuring effectiveness through training and standardized procedures were followed by ship’s company.

Leading Petty Officer
Leading Petty Officer for the engineering department assigned to the main propulsion engine rooms aboard a naval ship and the intermediate maintenance facility attached to submarine operations in the Pacific Northwest. Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and supervision of main propulsion GE LM2500 gas turbine engine and Allison 501 K17 gas turbine generators used for the ships electrical power and surrounding auxiliary equipment. Conducted overhaul repairs to critical supporting equipment such as fuel systems, oil systems and electrical systems via a lockout tag-out system in accordance with Naval Sea Systems Command. Ensured gas turbines ran within proper parameters via the plant auxiliary control console and the plant local control consoles.
