In 2006 I took part in an Automotive Industry Internship where I developed a Total Maintenance System starting with the definition of start up machinery and follow by preventive/predictive maintenance system. I also implement a KPI's system to follow up the effectiveness of the maintenance plan. Finally I took part in the external auditory ISO-TS for automobile in the maintenance revision.

Responsible of the factories productivity development, my main duties are set and follow up of the production and productivity KPI's for each plant, supervision of industrial engineers on each plant regarding to improvements (SMED, SOP, Value Stream Mapping, New process definition..), development of yearly productivity plans, evaluation of investments, training of supervisors and technicians, layout and flow definition, direct workers salary incentive system implementation and application… Responsible of production control area of the plants

In 2008 I had an Erasmus Internship for 6 months in Romania, where I finalize the Dissertation designing the layout for a No Weld Steel Bottle Plant. This internship allowed me to interact with a multicultural experience in an international environment.
