Key responsibilities • Responsible for 12 operative plants of the area of Engineering and Design • To give advice to our clients for the development of materials to optimize it use and to guarantee the performance. • Creation of innovative packaging solutions from the concept itself up to the production and use of the final consumers. • Ability to create detailed package component drawings using Auto Cad and Solid Works Software. • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a world wide dynamic environment, • Excellent communication, attitude, and team work skills, • Strong project management skills and knowledge of a variety of packaging materials and process including paperboard, corrugated, thermoforming and printing methods.

Development of moulds and Design services for new products, injection Moulds, Blow Molding, Blow injection, thermoformed and tooling sets for equipment change over. Key responsibilities • Launch of new cosmetic formulas and adviser in the development of packaging in the whole chain of supply up to the finished goods. • Development of packaging materials and formula of cosmetics for Hello kitty under SANRIO's patent MIAMI for Central America and USA.

Developing of new products and improvement of existing products (NPD and EPD) Key responsibilities • Leadership in cost saving projects, Developing and qualification of new moulds, Experimental Orders implementation for on line packaging validation (EO) Achievements The most important contributions for business has been, TRIGGER Guala Re engineering, the most important squeeze for the company in that time was $300,000 USD. Assure supply of cap 28-400 from the actual supplier after the modification of all the injection moulds. And developing of new mould with a saving of 450, 000 USD for first year.

Technical Services Adviser. Key responsibilities • Projects Management for new products releases, experimental orders control, development of new moulds for bottles and caps, development of labels, corrugate and components. Re-engineering of packaging plastics, and cost savings. • Qualification of adhesive for case packers and labelling system. • Implementation of quality plan and training for evaluation of materials, and statistics control for qualities for on going process.

Responsible of the management and control of projects for new releases of the categories like, Fragrances (Lady and Gentleman), Skin Care and Body Care. 15 Annual developing of mould for plastic Bottles, moulds for glass, Caps, and Inserts. Packaging and palletization Optimization. Specifications and standards of components implementation. Responsible for the assurance of the new development products in all their design process, implementation and production. Projects Management based on Engineer of Plant process, for the transference of new Technologies (Tech transfer), new initiatives and Projects for expansion. Key responsibilities • Responsible for the Implementation and Transference of the PM (Preventive Maintenance) • Generation of the documentation needed for the first production and start-up operation of new machines and the existing ones by Adjustment Charts elaboration. • Developing and validation Formula, elaboration of procedures and instructions of work with the purpose of assured first batches formation and packing were realized on time.

Responsible for the creation of Quality system based on engineering of processes for the transfer of new technologies Key responsibilities • New initiatives in the release of products, qualification of moulds and machinery, according to qualification protocols and start up. • Metrology validation, functional and chemistry of the packing material. • Generation of the documentation for the quality plan management in the Hypochlorite of Sodium plant. • Responsible for Quality Plan local and implementation of the program of Suppliers Qualification. Trainings and development plan for personnel.

Supervise, plan, organize and lead the resources in the prosecution and analysis of the tendencies and periodic indicators of the process, focused in the continual improvement of the variables that intervene in the quality of the product. Focused on the maintenance of the execution of elements of ISO 9002 norm, by means of the establishment and documentation of a system of reliable quality. Key responsibilities • Elaborating the procedures of the chemical laboratory, to support certification of ISO 9002 norm. • Decreasing 40% of the time in analysis for each chemical test. • Optimizing the operation for the blended process areas, saving costs of materials, and reducing time of operation to 20%. • Develop training for the operative staffs and quality staff to 30% in courses of basic "technology of batteries."
