* Design and deploy new compensation schemes. * Responsible for the nationwide salary administration. * Update and maintain competitive the different salary matrixes nationwide. * Responsible for the ordinary salary increase in the company. * Responsible for the calculation and payment of incentives for Executives and Middle Managers. * Grade positions and structures according to job descriptions and business cases. * Internal (within Heineken in other countries) and external (ATECO and G18) benchmarks to identify best practices, success cases, etc. * Update policies and processes for Compensation (Salary administration, Salary matrixes and Grading) and International Assignments. * Manage and support personnel with international assignments (coordinate relocation service, lease contract, rent payment, migration permit, etc.).

* Enable new processes of Portfolio, Marketing, Coverage, Pricing, Promotions and Business Practices in the sales offices, coordinating the transfer of the regional strategy for local implementation. * Install tracking meetings on sales offices to verify the correct execution of strategic initiatives. * Train on Sales Force management information systems (BW) for the acquisition and analysis of reports. * Design activities to be performed by the Sales Force to ensure the implementation of strategic initiatives in the market. * Train Managers for executive presentations. * Support Trade MKT Staff on developing value propositions, in order to achieve a better acceptance of our products in the retail customer.

* Responsible for local and foreign logistics for the distribution of products. * Responsible for managing three different stores inventories of finished product. * Responsible for corrective / preventive maintenance scheduling of delivery vehicles. * Program production orders based on the stocks by each product and customer. * Responsible for Customer Service.
