• Lead expansion projects in 2G and 3G networks. Participate in TIGO's UMTS network deployment. Troubleshoot Huawei and Siemens equipments that affects 2G and 3G network availability. Support installation, operation and maintenance processes of GSM and UMTS Networks.

Develop QoS strategies in order to optimize network performance and resource. • Manage RADIUS and SQL servers in order to offer WiFi services. • Offer technical support and solve issues related to wireless internet and Mikrotik technologies
