• Technical lead for New Product Development and New Customer Introduction throughout the entire project lifecycle (End-to-End). • Collaborate with global Engineering teams (Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical), Programs, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to develop integrated execution plans that meet customer requirements under varying operating conditions. • Create, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project plans and resource profiles to ensure timely delivery of assigned work packages and projects. • Provide support for Bids and Proposals, including resource planning and technical analysis. • Track project revenues, costs, and perform monthly re-estimates to ensure profitability and alignment with business objectives. • Drive proactive risk management to address milestones and technical performance in accordance with company processes. • Report on program status to all internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage multiple projects from medium to large scale. • Handles Project from Start to End. Including Project Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closure. With own Integrated Project Team. • Monitor budget expenditure and expenses. • Set up management System (WBS, Program goals, calendar, meeting, reports, and project budget) • Ensure smooth execution and implementation project goals and plan. • Monitor and control progress of projects/ KPI in daily, weekly, monthly basis. Ensure completion of deliverables within specific timeframes. • Provide risk assessment, impact analysis and counter measure for issue that might affect project schedule • Create and report project status to all levels of management and/ or stakeholder. • Mange internal/external customer within area of responsibility. Act as focal person of communication for internal and external customer. • Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and within client expectations for quality and functionality. • Handles New Customer Introduction and New product development of Lavatories for Boeing 737 Airlines. • Handles cost saving initiative project for business unit.

Project Management Officer • System Admin for EPM (Enhance Project Management) and MS Project • Support Project Initiation : Setup Management System (include Project Calendar, Meetings & Reporting) • Making Detail Project Schedule with PM. Ensure that all activities are considered. • Support Project Execution: Tracking of project schedule development, compare plan versus actual progress. • Assisted in maintaining project schedules, issues/decision logs, meeting, and status, of projects and ensure effective communications across team members. • Update Ms Project PERT status base on daily Project Status. • Managing preparation and approvals of Project Change Requests New Model Sample Planning • Planning of New Model Run, Material Requisition and Checking. • Key Person of Headquarters and local R&D for New Model and Sample Production • Work internally w/ logistic, purchasing and manufacturing team to prioritize Material requisition and New Model Sample Run. • SAP Checking (PO request, BOM , Materials Status/Stocks) • Material Management, Inventory and Control. • Budget and Material Request for New Model Run. • Material Issuance and monitoring for new model to SMT and Main Line Production. • New Model Sample Shipment Coordination to HQ and Buyer. • Tracking of material Shipment and expedite Arrival of materials • Arrange Payment of Vendor for Materials used at New Model Production. • Monitoring of New model expenses ( Material , Equipment and Scrap) • Monthly forecasting of needed Material and Equipment. • Preparation of reports to the management regarding Project Status. • Support Project Closure: Ensure all Projects document are accurately and uploaded in the system for future reference Other Responsibilities: • ESH Coordinator for R&D Department • PIC for Layout and Innovation on work area

 Doing inbound and outbound inquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone or via emails.  Handle sales enquiry phone calls, emails or walk-ins  Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project  Coordinate with the developer regarding any changes or update on the property we sell.  Provide timely update and information on the status and progress of our projects for our sales agent.  Prepare documents such as prizes of lot, representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.  Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.  Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.  Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting..  Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.  File all project documents (hard and soft copies)

 Responsible in Line Set-up, Product Debug and Qualification of the new product for the assembly process and establishment of New Product Line.  Ensures that correct system, procedures and processes are being implemented in the line.  Training/re-training of operators to upgrade overall line rate and standard  Initiate plans to improve/upgrade process and quality through setting up of process controls monitors process/quality performance  Prepares build sheets/diagram/flowchart/process controls for the use of production line.  Makes report on all items that required re-qualification, approval or inquiry from the customer.  Coordinates with the line manager concerning problems involving process procedures affecting quality or productivity.  Monitors and investigate the rate of product scrappage and provides necessary actions and controls.  Check the Weekly accomplishment report of the Process Engineering under his supervision.  Performs other function/duties as maybe required by the superior after due training/qualification.
