Responsible for the design and implementation of Production Schedule. Coordinating production workflow for 5 lines with more than 78 different products. 4 Windows Production Lines and 1 Patio Door Production Line. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. Responsible for the planning and smooth running of production processes. Draw up a schedule of work, which is agreed with the production manager. Responsible for making sure the schedule is followed during production. Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget. Set up capacity and prepare daily production plans. Interface with supply chain production team regarding material availability and shortages. From 2022 until now I am a 5S team leader and we improved a move of 3 of the 5 production lines, we got amazing results: we increased our production by 35% and reduced the delivery time to the customer from 3 weeks to 2 weeks. Between 2019 and 2021 we increased production on line 1 by 60%, on line 2 by 87.5% on line 3 by 72%. This was the result of a work by the Production team in which we reviewed the process, took time measurements, analyzed options for improvements, incorporated new workstations and made the necessary adjustments to obtain such excellent results. I´m an active member in that continuous improvement process.
