Member of a sports foundation. We believe that through sports and education we can generate positive impact on society; increasing opportunities and quality of life in local communities.

As part of our social/football impact projects we created LCFC. This youth team was created with the objective of providing a development platform for talented kids with scarce opportunities and resources. Through a mix of local and international scouting strategies, we managed to get talented and respectful players. Our U16 & U14 kids had the chance to compete, and win, in the National Regional FPF (Peruvian Football Federation) tournament.

Worked for AGREF, a business unit from Grupo InnovaSports. Developed scouting data base and processes together with a group of highly prepared individuals. AGREF is a top South American football agency, looking to work responsibly for and with the society through players.

As part of the LFP (La Liga) World Challenge Program, this well known U-12 tournament was played in Peru on 2014. I was part of the local organization group, with the responsibility of representing Peruvian sports institutions. Discussed terms and proposals directly with suppliers, banners & branding producers, as with sponsors, such as Nike. Searched to be cost-effective, while supervising the whole build up of the two venues used for the event. We were responsible of coordinating security and transportation for approximately 120 children (players) and invited celebrities, as clubs executives & ex-footballers.

While working in the eCommerce and Marketing department, I had an enriching experience in an industry outside football. From using analytics and social media competitive analysis to develop target customer strategies, to helping the set up of photo shoots and managing inventory, this experience forced me to improve and acquire technical and social skills for the future.

Assistant to the CFO of GIC, Grupo Rassmuss' main office in Peru, a holding group with firms in Peru, Ecuador, Chile, and Argentina. Worked within corporate finance; updated cash-flows and produced budget & cash-flow forecasts for potential business acquisitions.

La Fragata was my first internship opportunity, got a managerial and on field perspective of how a family firm (with more than 500 employees) runs on a day to day basis as in terms of medium term strategies.
