Mechanical Engineer with a Master of Agriculture in Agricultural Development and progressive leadership experience across food manufacturing and industrial construction, currently serving as Director of Engineering at Farmer Focus. In this role, I lead capital planning and execution, plant engineering strategy, reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts within a high-volume poultry processing environment, aligning engineering performance with production efficiency, food safety, and financial discipline. Previously, as Lead Project Manager for Addison & Smith Mechanical Contractor, I managed HVAC and mechanical construction projects including hospitals and central energy plants, overseeing estimating, project management, procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and margin performance. My earlier experience at Pilgrim’s includes project engineering and maintenance leadership, where I worked extensively in preventive maintenance systems, SAP training and implementation, reliability engineering, industrial optimization, and technical design using AutoCAD. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Construction Management from Washington University to further strengthen my expertise in construction finance, risk management, and project delivery strategy. I am driven to lead high-performing engineering teams that deliver operational excellence, disciplined capital investment, and sustainable long-term growth.
