* Amadeus Finance Transformation Program – Lead Cross PMO delivering common governance throughout 3 programs (Global Finance Template, Order to Cash & Corporate integrated Project Portfolio Management). Common governance aims at ensuring end-to-end vision, enhancing decision making and using resources wisely (multi-year program involving 500 * actively working on the program, 140 * legal entities in scope and 15K * people impacted). *  Most relevant achievements: * Cross PMO leadership, including SteerCo management. * Delivered improvement plan to enhance PMO capabilities.

* o Responsible of defining the IT strategy. Main functions associated to this role: *  According to company’s strategic process (5YP) get feedback of the strategic business needs and provide technology insight on how to evolve and transform the company according to the digital strategy. Being the bridge to convert those business needs in “incipient” initiatives. *  Create and maintain the IT plan during the annual planning process. The plan determines the direction and investments of IT and identifies the relative priorities of IT projects and services based on the priorities of the business. *  Most relevant achievements: * Hotelbeds division IT strategic planning definition and execution. As well, definition and implementation of the governance framework to update and monitor the IT strategy. * DS division IT strategic planning definition. * o Definition of Digital Transformation program for the CTO getting the approval by Executive Board. As well, lead execution of some of the proposed work streams as IT reorganization (definition & delivery).
