▪ led a project team in the identification of production bottlenecks and the implementation of automation solutions within the glove manufacturing facility. eg. Automated glove weighing machine, auto bypass system, empty link and empty former system, oven temperature and tank level control systems. ▪ Demonstrated expertise in designing and constructing functional electrical and pneumatic circuits, integrating AC power elements (3-phase motors, burners) and DC control components (relays, sensors, solenoids) to deliver factory automation solutions. ▪ Leveraged SOLIDWORKS to perform precise 3D modeling of internal placement of electrical panels, creation of detailed drawings for custom components (eg. sensor brackets) and conducted simulations to optimize the positioning of automation equipment. ▪ Pioneered the digitalization of production parameters by working with vendors to integrate production sensor input into PLCs and proficiently displaying real-time production parameters onto the factory SCADA system. ▪ Collaborated effectively with multiple stakeholders, including the production department, quality assurance team, and vendors, ensuring a cohesive and successful implementation of the automation project.

▪ Contributed to the development of an automated solar panel defect inspection robot by designing multiple prototypes and utilizing SOLIDWORKS for 3D modeling, simulation, and materials selection. ▪ Created SOLIDWORKS animations for two distinct concept designs to effectively showcase their functionalities, motion mechanisms, and respective advantages and drawbacks to clients. ▪ Performed finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate structural components' stress, strain, and deflection under various loads using different materials. Leveraged the mass optimization module to successfully achieve system size and weight reduction. ▪ Conducted extensive research on prevailing solar panel inspection methods and investigated the different types of solar panel defects and their root causes, seamlessly integrating these insights into the design of the robotic inspection system.

▪ Contributed to the design, simulation, and successful installation of robotic manipulators tailored for industrial applications across diverse sectors, encompassing the automotive, manufacturing, and aerospace industries. ▪ Proficiently conducted on-site programming of ABB robotic manipulators and executed controller wiring works to facilitate integration of the robotic manipulators into the industrial environment. ▪ Utilized Robot Studio to design and simulate multiple robotic work cells, demonstrating their viability and potential for prospective projects and tender submissions.
