Jeff is engaged with InterVision to provide strategic insights into the CIO and the IT departments. In this role he provides: hosting of the podcast, Status Go; writing for Forbes and other media outlets; interviews regarding industry trends; webinars; conference keynotes and breakouts; and CIO strategic meetings.

Jeff joined InterVision (formerly Bluelock) as Senior Vice President of Product Development and Strategic Alliances. He is responsible for driving the company’s product strategy and vision. Jeff focuses on the evolving IT landscape and the changing needs of our customers, together with the InterVision team, ensures our products and services meet our client's needs and drives value in their organizations now and in the future.

8729 Records is an independent music label specializing in Hip Hop music in and around the greater Indianapolis, IN area. The label launched in 2008 with “The Battle Within” by Brad Real. In addition to producing music in CD and on-line digital format, 8729 Records also produces live events and music videos in support of its artists.

Provided executive leadership as head of IT. Responsible for all aspects of strategic IT planning, implementation and support for this $500 million national commercial real estate development firm which experienced triple digit growth during my tenure. Engineered turnaround of IT’s performance and service levels and transformed IT into a strategic business partner. Full responsibility for P&L and multi-million dollar budget. Defined and implemented strategy for business processes, information and applications, and technology. - Implemented three year strategic plan covering process improvements, technology upgrades and network migration to support the business growth; achieving alignment with business leaders and company strategy. - Led the development of key business processes covering all departments including standardized documentation, training and implementation - Implemented intra-company collaboration platforms allowing regional and satellite offices and job trailer personnel to work with headquarters associates more effectively - Led the transition of the information technology department from the typical small business department to a true-value add business partner department for a mid-sized company. - Upgraded systems and networks to stabilize platforms providing 99.999% availability and improving monitoring and measuring tools. - Recognized as a cross-functional business leader through leadership of Lauth Sustainability Initiatives, Building Automation and Management, Great Service program, Servant Leadership program and Lauth Leadership Committee

Develop, execute and support global application portfolio for this $7 billion media and entertainment service and systems company with locations in 30 countries. Accountability for the overall strategy of core competency centers including, Business Intelligence, CRM, Information Exchange & Collaboration, Web Technologies, Database Administration, SAP Application Maintenance, Hong Kong Applications. Manage vendor relationships, business relationships, perform risk assessments, manage capital expenditures and coordinate external dependencies. Oversee $15.5 million annual operating and capital budget and 65 multi-tiered professionals on four continents. - Executed an IT culture change and transition from a technology silo-driven role to a business-process driven role with the Global Application teams. Captured a 25% cost reduction over a 4 year period. - Managed the world-wide outsourcing $50 million contract for all application development and maintenance. Integrating an offshore development factory that delivered an additional 20% savings in operating budgets.

Scope of responsibility was diverse while managing IT projects in support of the businesses marketing and sales, warehousing, logistics and distribution systems. Managed a team of 15 – 30 multi-tiered professionals in three locations. - Led the $10 million project to integrate the client server based warehouse management system with the legacy order management system. Project allowed the company to modernize its warehousing operations providing better inventory turnover and lower logistics costs.
