SF.Gov Transition: ● Led a collaboration between SF's Digital Services (DSS) team and DT’s Identity and Authentication Management (IAM) team to test DT applications in preparation for the citywide migration from SFGov.org to SF.Gov. ● Conducted usability testing to assess challenges in transitioning 36,000 users to the new .Gov domain. ● Created a Sharepoint including extensive documentation on all vulnerabilities discovered during authentication testing for 40+ applications. Included “Known Bugs” and “How to Fix.” ● Prepared the budget and identified key pain points and risks to be addressed before the larger city-wide migration.

Managed application security testing for production-ready projects, coordinating global teams to ensure compliance and optimize workflows in an agile environment. Drove process improvements through automation and real-time analytics. During my time in the House of Representatives I was responsible for writing press-releases, conducting research on a wide range of legislative issues, floor statements, and editing a Congressional webpage. I focused especially close on tech-related policy from telecom laws, to trade, to immigration, to patent law, and incentives to boost entrepreneurship. As a special bonus, I was there on the day the Stop Online Piracy Act was shut down.

IMPORTANT COURSEWORK My academic background includes graduate-level classes covering the U.S. healthcare system, health ethics, global health in developing nations, and public/nonprofit management. However, I have also taken business-related courses covering trade & globalization, managerial economics, and grant writing.
