Develop, implement and facilitate interactive exhibits and curriculum-based school programs on mining, technology and earth sciences at Canada's 8th largest science centre, Dynamic Earth. Manage 30 Science Demonstrator staff during regular operations and 70 teen volunteers for the Tunnel of Terror Halloween experience, including scheduling and performance reviews. Write and edit signage, social media content and marketing materials. Source content and liaise with external vendors for major exhibits such as the Smart Microgrid project and unEARTHed special exhibit.

Work with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry and the Ontario Centre for Climate Impacts and Adaptation Resources to identify opportunities and strategic priorities for communicating how climate change affects Ontario’s natural resources. Present lectures for fourth year undergraduate course on Data Visualization, Infographics, Scripting Explanations and Change Over Time.

Researched and wrote content for Research Matters blog, including interviews with experts from universities across Canada.

Planning and implementation of communications activities such as events, reports, online assets and marketing tools for the Analytical Laboratories Council (ALC) - a province-wide network of nine Ministry laboratories that conduct reviews, develop options and make recommendations on efficiency of work. Editorial management of Division-wide annual reports, strategic plans and blog.

Develop existing grant opportunities and research new grant opportunities that meet the evolving needs of Science North. Write high quality proposals, coordinate associated meetings and implement strategies to exceed the centre's grant funding goals. Build and cultivate relationships with granting bodies, plan government funding announcements, negotiate partnership support for grant submissions and present proposals to potential granting agencies. Produce creative and comprehensive interim and final reports, and maintain a complete financial overview of all grant revenue.
