 Perform corporate finance advisory services for employee owned companies for purposes of security formation, mergers and acquisitions, financial opinions, recapitalizations, valuation compliance, and corporate planning  Engage in financial statement analysis/review, business due diligence, financial modeling, transaction document management, deliverable drafting, and related activities to support transaction/deliverable execution  Draft marketing materials for usage by the group’s senior professionals  Manage up to 10 engagements with different internal teams, counterparties, and in varying industries at any given time to ensure client deadlines are met and internal metrics are achieved  Leverage financial databases (e.g., S&P Capital IQ and Bloomberg) for market and industry analysis  Engage in rigorous financial and operation review of client company financial performance and forecasts in order to determine meaningful metrics (e.g., normalized/adjusted cash flows) and draw valuation conclusions
