Was Tech Lead of Data Science Engineering team for Roku's ad tech division. We revamped the advertising algorithm for OneView. Our enhancements resulted in advertisers seeing an average 22% increase in conversion rate and an 18% improvement in CPA (cost per action), with some achieving up to an 81% reduction in CPA.

- Worked as a contractor for the same client throughout my time at Montevideo Labs: DataXu, which was acquired by Roku in 2019. - Prepared and delivered several "Lunch & Learn" sessions, where we shared insights on new technologies and systems with the team during lunch breaks. - Participated in the hiring process for engineers, assisting in the creation of technical tests and interview questions, contributing to the selection of new team members.
