* Analysis of surgical units and instruments in the field of endoscopy – thorough study of its characteristics and applications; * Installation of equipment in the OR, namely videocarts with units for endoscopic surgery; * Office formation and technical training of salesforce on equipment of their field of action; * Technical training of surgeons/nurses during Congresses, Workshops, Courses and LiveOP Surgeries in several medical specialties, along with management of equipment logistics, installation and usability. * Focus on the specialties of Urology, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Gastroenterology, Proctology, Visceral Surgery, NOTES and LESS.

* In 2006 I was invited by President Jorge Sobral to take part on the organization of several Biomedical Engineering events taking place in University of Minho, Braga. * As a member of the organization, I was involved in the logistic aspects of: * II National Meeting of Biomedical Engineering Students, Braga and Esposende (about 200 participants and 15 invited speakers); * II Biomedical Engineering Conferences of University of Minho (about 100 participants and 15 invited speakers); * ExpoBiotec 2006 – Biomedical and Biotechnology Exposition, Braga (more than 600 visitors, 25 companies and 15 invited speakers).

While at IMTEK, I was part of a Project entitled: Development of a Meter for Determination of the Limits of Injectable Charge: The LIC-Meter, where I improved my knowledge on neural electrodes characterization and chemical reactions.

The fourth year is divided into four branches: Medical Informatics, Medical Electronics, Clinical Engineering and Biomaterials, Rehabilitation and Biomechanics. I opted for Medical Electronics, which had a great impact on my skills on medical devices and bioinstrumentation.
