Acting as both Product Owner and Delivery Manager for the green-field development of a cloud-native platform that manages the full lifecycle of agents for a leading insurance provider. I help to translate the the product vision into business goals and into a prioritized backlog. I also coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver incremental releases that meet strict compliance standards and accelerate agent ramp-up.

One-month, fast-track project leading the rollout of EASA’s new incident & service-request platform on Jira Service Management (Atlassian Cloud). I codesigned streamlined workflows and SLAs, cobuilt a Confluence-based knowledge base, integrated automation rules. Result: shorter average resolution times, 360° visibility across the entire ticket lifecycle and better ticketing management.

In my previous role as an Agile Delivery Leader and Proxy Product Owner in the banking sector, I played a pivotal role in orchestrating the agile development and implementation of a global IT digital platform devised for more than 12 countries/units. Leveraging platforms such as Appian, Provenir, and Mulesoft, I successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to define, build, and validate the platform's operations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. By actively engaging with the development team, both technical and functional, I facilitated a cohesive approach to meet product roadmap milestones and deliverables in a timely manner. Through effective communication and regular meetings, including sprint reviews, I gathered feedback from stakeholders and end users, validating the platform's incremental progress and incorporating valuable insights. To measure the product's evolution and drive data-driven decision-making, I meticulously tracked and reported key performance indicators (KPIs). As a Product Owner Proxy: Interact to the different stakeholders and external organizations unerstanding their needs and vision and also communicating the product advance; Analyze the market needs and collaborate with internal departments to advance on the most benefitial approach; Manage and create user stories and prioritize the product backlog; Manage the entire product life cycle and create product roadmaps. As an Agile Scrum Master: focused primarily on mentoring and coaching new teams to Agile in Scrum and Kanban Best Practices. Training teams to write good user stories, prioritize the work based on business value and handling of the tasks by the team. Assistance as needed to help remove impediments and distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver on the Sprint goal, as well as coaching them creating safe environments within the teams. Placed substantial efforts on team member role training, time-boxing and providing strong metrics for all players. Led 2 teams and successfully delivered software releases reducing time to market by 50 % and Product Owner mentoring and assistance. As a Change Agent: educate and transmit agile principles to employees at all levels of the organization, teaching them on how to implement the process in their own work. - Propose and develop Wi-Fi product enhancements to the current Fon product portfolio through new technologies and technology partnerships. With a special focus on home managed Wi-Fi solutions and Wi-Fi enhanced connectivity managers. - Collaboration and support to the Product Department and other stakeholders to transfer the PoCs. - Technologist for wireless standards. Head Fon’s delegation to WBA and WFA wireless organizations, working with internal and external partners, such as Intel, CableLabs, Arris, on the development of guidelines and certification programs for Wi-Fi standards.

- Research focused on enhancing the performance of multimedia (voice and video) traffic in 802.11 WLAN networks. I designed, implemented and prototyped different medium access control (MAC) protocols, and focused on their experimental evaluation in real deployments using commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) devices. - Contributed to the preparation of European Project proposals and collaborated in FP7 European Projects. - Focus on: (i) new MACs protocols for power-line communications (PLC); (ii) optimal configuration of 802.11aa MAC mechanisms for multicast multimedia traffic.

- Prototyped and deployed an 802.11 testbed working in the UHF band, focused on the characterization and performance evaluation of a TV white-space (802.11af) platform. - Researched on different techniques to reduce the implicit channel sounding for MU-MIMO scenarios in the UHF spectrum.

Participation in the work of vehicular communication in the Intelligent Transport Systems Group and the EU R&D project INTERSAFE-2, focused on applying advanced information and communication technologies (vehicular communication and sensor technologies) to increase intersection safety. My tasks were: - Implementation of an ASN.1 compiler in Java and C/C++ according to the ITU-T specification of Packed Encoding Rules (PER) - Extension of the networking simulator ns-2 and implementation of a simulation environment for intersection safety system to evaluate the performance of vehicular communication between roadside infrastructure and vehicles
