Led brand development efforts in the Brazilian market within a specific channel, while managing the full coordination of staff, participants, officials, and administrators to ensure flawless execution across major events.

Responsible for market brand development within the channel, as well as for organizing, mobilizing, and coordinating staff, event participants, officials, and administrators to ensure the successful execution of the events area. Part of the sponsorship and operational team for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.

Oversaw the full sales operation in Santa Catarina, including strategy, execution, and team leadership.
