MAIN PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES IN THE OIL E&P INDUSTRY • Served as BCO on the P-32 (FPSO), offering expertise in FPSO loading and unloading operations. • Acted as Chief Officer on the P-32 (FPSO), contributing to the restructuring efforts that incorporated coordination and team management into Petrobras FPSOs. • Held the role of FPSO Offshore Installation Manager for 6 years. • Oversaw operations as the Operations Manager for P-61 (TLWP) and P-63 (FPSO), spanning the design, construction, and operation phases. • Provided technical support as the Operations and Maintenance Technical Support Manager for the Campos Basin Unit. • Led as Manager of PSOP (Process Safety and Operational Practices) for E&P, establishing foundational disciplines across all E&P activities, both offshore and onshore, at Petrobras. Implemented enhancements in auditor management within Process Safety and Operational Practice disciplines across operational units, through training, control, and integrated critical analysis of process, inspection, and maintenance disciplines. Additionally, initiated a proactive agenda with ANP to align short-, medium-, and long-term actions, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, and safety, and reducing potential shutdowns by Regulatory Agencies. • Led as Manager of PS (Process Safety) for E&P within Petrobras' Corporate SMS (Safety Management System), facilitating the transition of the Process Safety discipline and team from the E&P Directorate to the SMS Directorate, ensuring seamless and secure operational continuity.
