Jozsef Windisch

As an expert in customized customer communication systems I designed and implemented 50+ contact center solutions for different multinational and local companies, goverment institutes in the last 15+ years. After being a senior SW developer with deep telecommunication experience I oriented towards technical sales and business development, obtaining soon a C-level at Siemens' SW House in Hungary (iSEC-IT). In the course of the changes at Siemens Enterprise Communications (re-branded later as Unify) I become the international product manager of CAROL (integrated multimedia contact center and communication management solution) which led me to my current topic in focus: designing customer specific Contact Center (customer care, help-desk, etc.) solutions. In 2014 with financial and technical partners I founded CAROL-ICT Ltd. as a spin-off company. Specialties: IT product management, customized contact centers, consultative technical sales, B2B sales, international networking, teams and company management.
