My work is rooted in the belief that emotional intimacy and energetic attunement are essential for everyone—whether in personal relationships, professional settings, or creative collaborations. With a unique blend of holistic practices, I guide individuals, couples, and groups towards deeper connection, healing, and transformation. My approach is personalized, integrating mindfulness, bodywork, hypnosis, guided meditation, and energy management to address the unique challenges of modern sensitivity, relationships, and sexuality. I specialize in creating transformative experiences for groups—whether it’s leading workshops, facilitating retreats, consulting on TV and film projects, or curating intimate gatherings and art events. I’ve recently expanded my reach through media appearances, including a TV show in the UK, bringing my expertise to a wider audience. I’m equally passionate about one-on-one and family coaching, where I help clients navigate their personal and relational journeys with care and intention. I'm currently developing a series of programs designed to empower Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) to harness their innate gifts of heightened awareness. I believe that HSPs possess a unique sensorial receptivity, which, when fully recognized and supported, can help counterbalance the increasing sense of isolation and disconnection in our world, often driven by a culture of toxic individualism. Many HSPs are naturally cooperative, and as they begin to find their place and purpose, I believe they have the potential to foster a profound shift toward a more connected and harmonious society.
