Cash Flow Management: Monitoring daily transactions, optimizing fund allocation, and preparing cash flow statements for financial planning. Account Reconciliation: Conducting monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, vendor, and customer balances to maintain accuracy. Accounts Payable: Processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, negotiating payment terms, and maintaining AP aging reports. Accounts Receivable: Managing billing, tracking outstanding dues, following up on collections, and reducing overdue payments. E-commerce Accounting: Handling financial transactions, reconciling settlements from online platforms, and resolving discrepancies. Financial Reporting: Preparing Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss Statements, conducting variance analysis, and assisting in budgeting. Inventory Management: Conducting stock audits, reconciling inventory, and ensuring accurate valuation to prevent discrepancies. GST & TDS Compliance: Ensuring timely GST/TDS filings, reconciling tax credits, and adhering to statutory regulations. Revenue Recognition: Tracking revenue streams, ensuring proper allocation, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. MIS & Financial Analysis: Preparing management reports, cash flow forecasts, budgeting reports, and cost-benefit analysis. Banking & Loan Processing: Managing Cash Credit (CC) loan processing and renewal, liaising with banks for loan approvals and compliance. Forex Documentation: Handling foreign exchange transactions, preparing documentation, and ensuring RBI/FEMA compliance.

1) Cash Flow, Accounting & Financial Reporting 1. AP & AR Process: Vendor/customer payment reconciliation – • Manage the entire process of settlements to merchant partners including biller detail management, ledger management and transaction/pay-outs reconciliations. • Tracking of the Payments with Due Dates (Receivables from Clients) • Regular Monitoring of Receivables • Regular Monitoring of Overdue Vendor payments and generating similar reports • Data Management & Reporting – Vendor and customers details. Reconciliation and Balance confirmation. • Vendor/customer ageing • Manage the entire process of settlements to merchant partners including biller detail management, ledger management and transaction/pay-out reconciliations. • Publishing Weekly/Monthly Business Reports 2. End-to-end Cash Flow Management - Term loan/CC loan process; bank guarantees, online & offline transaction – Operational Cash Flow 3. Support the Finance Manager and contribute to special projects as assigned. 4. TALLY ERP and SAP HANA Reporting – Receivable and payable data entries on TALLY ERP and SAP using basic Tcodes 2) Forex Documentation & RBI reporting with company's foreign exposures – Submission of documents related to IDMPS and EDMPS • Preparing Export/Import Checklist • Generating Shipping Bill number or Bill of entry • Providing all necessary documents for any overseas shipment landed at Customs for clearance • Managing and maintenance of Import/export records for later DGFT/RBI clearance 3) Insurance Management & claim (factory fire/burglary/employee Mediclaim/ group policies/vehicle related papers) office maintenance 4) FSSAI related papers submission and renewals. 5) Office Administration - Stock maintenance of stationary, housekeeping and Computer accessories. 6) Procurement • Import (Raw Materials/Machinery) • Clearance process with Customs/Health Department • Monitoring stock and consumption • Export Process Management – Dubai, Doha, Bhutan, Nepal and Malaysia
