1. Purchase agreement and yearly repricing negotiation, meet cost down target. 2. NPI phase quotation, ensure program material margin. 3. Program inventory management, improve ITO performance. 4. Lead project material team complete material planning and purchase, commit delivery schedule, meet customer requirement.

• Purchase materials (mechanical and electronical parts) to support new product development, from EVT to Ramp, completed 2 new product launch program. • Coordinate the supply chain, plan and purchase mass production materials based on MPS, resolve the issue which will impact customer shipment. • Inventory control, sample order and control, track material disposition plan to reduce inventory and scrap cost. • Supplier assessment and management, work with SQE to qualify new supplier. • Settle material quality issue and prepare material recovery plan.

• Negotiate with suppliers about purchase contract terms (commercial condition, incoterms, lead-time, payment terms ect)，reduce procurement cost. • Prepare, release and follow up on purchase orders to suppliers to ensure timely delivery of material. • Analyse plant production data, monitor commodity prices and production industrial trends to assist management in decision making. • Responsible for import and export shipping documents, Customs and Inspection Bureau affairs.
