Pharmaceutical R&D desk Cover part of Early discovery, Pre-clinical research, Clinical Development and Medical sectors

-Overall charge of commercial activities’ organization, including planning, organizing, hosting, reporting and analyzing activity data, operate WeChat groups and new media platforms for event promotion -Responsible for General Manager’s schedule and meeting arrangement, expenses reimbursement and other daily administrative affairs. -Responsible for GM’s visitors’ reception. -Accompany GM to commercial activities, participant in project negotiation, taking minutes and follow up. -Assist GM in customer service and customer management, establish good relationship with important customer and cooperative partners. -Negotiate with potential customers, explore business opportunities for cooperation. -Search for and contact with potential cooperative partners, gather information, make analysis and provide recommendations. -Support in promoting marketing business, developing cooperation channels and establishing strategic cooperation. -Assist GM in making the development plan and service channels, strengthening the collaboration -Assist GM in drafting and modifying official documents such as commercial cooperation
