Engineer on the Dakota and Durango Instrument Panel Team. Managed the distribution of I/P and console parts for prototype builds. Pursued BSR issues for current and future Dakota and Durango Instrument Panels. Developed the 2000 Dakota and Durango 4X4 shifter bezel, lower IP center bezel, and airbag switch cover

Variation Simulation Modeling; Develop 3-D mathematical model for computer simulation of mass production using Fortran programming methods. Identify effects of variation and predict vehicle build quality. Read blueprints and GD&T layouts.

Student engineer rotated to different departments and tasks. Quality Control Analyzed the microstructure of heat-treated parts and responsible for the release of shipments to customers. Completed surface and thickness analysis studies of plated parts. Completed time management procedures on the manufacturing lines.

Responsible for testing, NVH analysis using LMS Test Lab and Artemis Software, report out to Chrysler Management with results and recommendations (4x4 shift transparency, 4x4 linkage sizzle, axle whine). Secondary support on some wind tunnel activities for Truck Programs. BSR Lead for 2009 Ram Light Duty Truck Program. Identified and root caused all vehicle BSR issues for the Truck Program. Worked with Release and Production Engineering at WTAP and SLNAP to close 80 BSR ECIMS issues. Tracked BSR issue progress and reported out to Upper Management at Assembly Plant and Umbrella meetings. Responded to 20 Fast Feed Back issues and coordinated repair solutions for the truck custodians. Supported Press Events and Ride and Drives for BSR and NVH.
