• Collaborate with our Head of Sale’s Manager with marketing, writing purchase orders and selling our designs, as well as acting as a liaison between our Design Team and Buyers • Maintain and cultivate a loyal relationship with the Buyers to guarantee that our clients feel important and appreciated • Multi-tasking everyday jobs, such as immediate response to all emails, maintaining the showroom, keeping account of all samples that go in and out of our showroom, keeping account what purchases are being shipped and when they need to be shipped, sending out TOP samples and FIT/PP samples, as well as, answering phone calls and returning calls to Buyers • Responsible for all TOP Forms and inputting and confirming all Purchase Orders • Noticed for taking initiative by seeking out solution before problems arise. Solutions that involve everything to simple tasks such as, creating line sheets that provide two copies of each style, where Buyers can have a copy of their own, to more heavy- duty problem-solving such as, knowing cancelled dates of orders to eliminate or minimize cancelled orders and extensions. • Recognized as being a team player by promoting and offering assistance to other employees which creates trustworthy relationships and produces a more positive and enjoyable experience
