I specialise in building and growing consumer brands through product launches, brand strategy, and integrated marketing across retail and e-commerce channels.Currently an Assistant Marketing Manager at Ouji, I lead the marketing department for a portfolio of household and personal care brands, overseeing strategy across retail activations, digital performance marketing, partnerships, and commercial growth initiatives.My work focuses on translating brand strategy into measurable business results. I have led multiple product launches, developed global brand frameworks, and executed integrated campaigns spanning supermarkets, e-commerce marketplaces, influencer marketing, and large-scale consumer events.Previously, I was appointed to lead the Branding Department at Whealthfields Lohmann Global Headquarters in China, where I worked on defining brand positioning and developing global brand guidelines across markets including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and Korea.Across my roles, I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams spanning sales, R&D, packaging, and e-commerce to bring new products to market and drive commercial impact.
