Led strategic recruitment efforts within ByteDance's centralized Trust & Safety (TNS) department. This globally critical team is responsible for ensuring content safety and fostering healthy user ecosystems across the company's entire suite of international products (TikTok, CapCut, Topbuzz Video, Helo, Resso, Games, etc.). Partnered closely with TNS leadership to source, assess, and hire top-tier talent across diverse functions including: Product Management Data Science & Analytics Product Operations Program/Project Management Played a key role in building a robust team enabling safe and positive experiences for ByteDance's global user base.
