I have been active in the Chinese furniture industry for over 16 years. Initially, I worked for 8 years in factory production planning, resource allocation, scheduling and expediting; eventually moving into sales and sales management. My factory and sales experience is mostly related to upholstered furniture (leather and fabric). For the past 8 years, I have worked with retailers and wholesalers around the world to import contemporary/modern furniture from China. This broad experience has helped me understand not only the needs of buyers but also what happens behind the scenes inside factories. This is the reason I founded Joy Home.
