Modeled and detailed parts for special machinery construction in the automotive industry, proposing machinery solutions for transportation (Pick & Place, conveyors, vibratory bowls), testing/jigs, and Poka-Yoke, while also analyzing manufacturing methods, materials, and post-machining treatments for each component. Developed and tested parts using 3D printing, where I was responsible for operating the machine, modeling parts (prototypes, final pieces), and programming print codes, with hands-on experience in FDM machines and knowledge of SLA and MJF technologies.
