• Drive business development for Bechtel's Manufacturing & Technology group, targeting industrial manufacturing clients across semiconductor fabrication and life sciences • Supporting the pursuit of a $1B+ brownfield cleanroom expansion for a major semiconductor fabricator, comprising 330,000 sq ft of new cleanroom space • Secured a $1B+ semiconductor cleanroom construction project totaling 600,000 sq ft, supporting the domestic reshoring of advanced fabrication capacity at a critical moment for U.S. semiconductor supply chain independence • Lead client relationship management, market research, proposal development, and commercial strategy across active and pipeline pursuits • Developing long-term client relationships to position Bechtel for future opportunities in advanced manufacturing and semiconductor capital investment

• Co-led financing support for a $10B+, 1.6 GW nuclear power project in Poland, coordinating with international export credit agencies including MIGA and UKEF • Structured and evaluated a 128 MWac solar project including tax equity partnership analysis and bankability assessment • Directed valuation and deal structuring for the M&A acquisition of a steel fabrication company • Led economic analysis and due diligence across global infrastructure projects including CCGTs, pumped storage hydro, wind, and aluminum smelters • Developed commercialization strategies for proprietary aluminum smelting and water recycling technologies • Advised on DOE loan guarantee and export credit capital structures for clean energy and advanced manufacturing projects • Served as Chief of Staff to the President of Bechtel Enterprises, supporting executive strategy and cross-functional initiatives

• Devised early-seed/ Series A funding strategy for raising venture capital. Assisted with development of pitch decks, annual reports, and financial models for investor presentations. • Led market analysis for product pricing and business model design. Directed engagement with contractors for analysis and future partnerships.
