- Implementation of new production process monitoring technology , coordination with the team for GPS equipment installation, and collaboration with the software team in the design and adaptation of software to existing conditions. - Optimization, adjustment, and adaptation of the Intelligent Dispatching Software by DFMC for the needs of the current company I work for. - Analyzing data from the ground movement radar developed by the China Institute of Safety Science and Technology, preparing reports, and drawing conclusions about the potential impact on safety - Leading the dispatch team, primarily responsible for their continuous training, defining processes and work principles, and organizing their work in a four-shift system. - Statistical data processing, drawing conclusions, and providing recommendations for the practical field application of activities. - Improving the process of data collection and processing, defining the dispatcher’s working procedures, and automating the data collection process, continuously increasing data accuracy. Defining KPIs for dispatchers, drivers of heavy tipper trucks, and excavator operators. - Actively participating in the organizational segment of the production process. - Focusing on maximizing the effective use of equipment and supporting production facilities (ore processing, overburden transport). - Preventing the emergence of production bottlenecks.

- Organizing field activities, coordinating heavy-duty vehicles, and auxiliary mining machinery. - Collecting data on performance and effective equipment operating time. - Monitoring, control, and active participation in supplying the required percentage of copper in ore to flotation in accordance with short-term and long-term plans. - Communication with field workers, auxiliary teams of service technicians, welders, mechanics, electricians, classification of the nature of the problem, and engaging the appropriate service team, organizing transportation, and managing repair time. - Monitoring production plans and existing capacities, promptly reacting to unforeseen downtimes, and striving to maximize the outcome of the situation. - Monitoring and recording fuel consumption of equipment.
