APAC entrepreneur and operator building the next layer of automation for logistics and robotics. I am the Founder & CEO of S Innovations, developing Cyber-Physical AI for unified robot operations. We enable enterprise operators to run diverse robot fleets reliably and efficiently—across sites, vendors, and real-world constraints. Over 20+ years, I have navigated the complexities of both multinational corporations and agile startups. My career spans chemicals (DuPont), healthcare (Johnson & Johnson), and packaging (Tetra Pak), where I led business development and regional execution. Most recently, I established and led Bear Robotics’ Singapore HQ from scratch, building the entity and team from the ground up. My expertise lies in bridging enterprise-grade rigor with startup speed—turning operational pain points into repeatable, scalable products and measurable outcomes. Personal Note: Outside of work, I am a father of twins, a devoted husband, and a writer. I am also an avid golfer (HCP 8), always chasing precision—on the course and in execution.
