Head of Transportation • Responsible for all domestic and international transportation P&L and operations including overseas and domestic consolidation programs, negotiations with freight forwarder / consolidator, ocean carriers, customs brokers and drayage activities. • Upgraded and introduced operational processes and KPIs, led systems enhancement and digitization of the interaction with value chain partners, planning and workflow processes. • Improved on-time delivery from low 90’s to 99%. • Budget responsibility of $600M. Third Party Logistics Management • Provided strategic direction and held full P&L responsibility for 6 distribution centres - 6 million sq. ft. and 80,000+ SKUs. • Budget responsibility of $275M. Supply Chain • Direct responsibility for end to end flow of merchandise and fixtures inclusive of new store opening programs, product launch, events and promotions. • Led a team that evaluated supply chain solutions to find efficiencies that drove down costs and/or shortened the length of the order cycle. It required an innovative and collaborative approach, influence and cross-functional analysis with suppliers, replenishment, merchants and logistics to determine and implement the optimum solution. • Created and implemented dashboards that offered real-time operational insights of the logistics network by providing the operators with relevant and timely information, allowing them to instantly identify pressure points, anticipate secondary impacts and make informed decisions. Personal relocation to Canada. Secured role with Walmart. Evaluated current state, determined gaps, launched best practices and facilitated the development of an improvement plan - roadmap to address the gaps and reclaim control of strategic and tactical initiatives from 3PL. Third Party Logistics Management • Provided strategic direction and held full P&L responsibility for 4 distribution centres - 5 million+ sq. ft. and 80,000+ SKUs. Reported to Head of Logistics.

Oversaw the end-to-end supply chain processes, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, procurement and production master scheduling. Reported to CEO.

Manufacture & Commercialize Equal & Canderel Products Responsible for developing and executing newly defined business processes to include KPIs and the on-boarding of a new supply chain team to service customers in 55 countries. • Established supply chain department including demand planning, customs, production rough-cut validation, inventory management, inbound and outbound transportation, 3PL warehouse management. • Centralized logistics and master production scheduling functions for 5 plants across Europe, reduced inventory by 40% and streamlined inbound flow resulting in 15% savings.

• Highly automated 600,000 sq. ft. warehouse providing distribution services to Western Europe distributing 20 million cases per year. Unionized environment. • Planned and guided the relocation of a 120,000 sq. ft. warehouse located in England to France, sourced third party and designed operations. • Responsible for Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), 4.5 km conveyor belt, 100 MHE and operating system.

Managed multiple projects related to operations and process improvement nationally. Unionized environment. • Managed a cross-docking facility with 1 million pallets per year to 26 Canadian warehouses, reducing handling costs by 12%. • Achieved a 5% reduction in inbound logistics costs and improved backhaul fill rate by 25%. • Generated a $2.2 million logistics cost savings per year and reduced the number of vehicles at stores by 20% while improving customer service and increasing vendors’ on-time delivery performance from 70% to 90%.

Third Party Logistics Supplier Managed the movement of 13 million cases a year through 120,000 sq. ft. of temperature controlled warehouse to 65 Marks & Spencer stores throughout the UK and Continental Europe. Unionized environment.
