I worked for Entel Chile Initial tuning 3G for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Carrier. I was the responsible of checking all the DT coming from Entel Chile. I developed 3 Tools in MapBasic for MapInfo I have knowledge in the following Tools: 1. MapInfo Tools. 2. TEMS Investigations Tool. 3. Ericsson OSS. 4. MapBasic Activities: • Initial tuning 3G • Neighbor Relations Check (Intra and IRAT) • Add and Delete Neighbors • Checking Boarders between RNCs (MapInfo) • Checking Cell files( TEMS Investigation 12.1.2 ) • Checking Node B parameters • Scheduling WNCS Reports • Scheduling FFAX Reports • Exporting RNS Dump • Deliver Final Recommendations Report • Deliver Final Site Configuration • Deliver Final IT Report Get the percentage of drops, RSSI, VSWR, Max Total Output Power, Speed etc. of each sector.

I was the responsible of checking parameters configuration and changing the request implementation of one Cluster. • Clusters and Single sites verifications after Node-B installation of the services (CS services, PS services and HSDPA). • Moshell verification, alarms, RSSI. I was the responsible of monitoring KPIs of one Cluster with 16 sites. I have 4 months experience doing KPIs Monitoring of accessibility and retainability for 1st carrier of the Cluster. This monitoring was daily, weekly and monthly in order to review and report the worst cells.

I manage and maintain accounts email service of the Faculty of Engineering at UNAM.
