I played an active role in the negotiation of the company’s sale to a Private Equity fund, as well as in the structuring and negotiation of a syndicated financing transaction, aligning the interests of shareholders, investors, financial institutions and the organization. Following the acquisition, I led a structured transition to a corporate governance model, ensuring strategic and operational continuity. More recently, we appointed a new CEO, and I was promoted to Board Member, contributing to strategic oversight and long-term value creation.
